Rotting Bait is a boss summoning item that summons the Eater of Worlds in any biome. It will always spawn the Eater of Worlds, even if one has already been spawned. It can be bought from the Mutant's Pre-Hardmode store once either the Eater of Worlds or the Brain of Cthulhu has been defeated at least once.
