Nano Injection is an Eternity Mode-exclusive debuff inflicted by Skeletron Prime. It deals 5 damage per second and reduces damage and movement speed by 10% and defense by 10.

The player can become immune to Nano Injection by equipping the Reinforced Plating or its upgrades.
