Baby Guardian was an Eternity Mode exclusive enemy that had a low chance of spawning when a Dungeon enemy was killed and Necromantic Brew or any of its upgrades were equipped. It has been removed from the mod, but now Angry Bones shoot Baby Guardian projectiles instead.
Upon spawning, Baby Guardian was passive, immobile and would slowly fade away until it eventually despawned. Dealing damage to it used to reset the despawn timer. Upon reaching 1977 life, it started spinning like the Dungeon Guardian, attempting to ram the player. Successful contact with the player inflicted heavy damage as well as Marked for Death. When it reached 50% life, it began shooting homing skulls at the player which inflicted Cursed.
