The Berserker Enchantment is a craftable Hardmode accessory. It is only available with the Thorium Mod and Souls DLC Mod installed.

It is themed after Berserker armor and when equipped, increases the player's attack speed by 5% for every 25% of their maximum health lost, for a total of 20% increased attack speed when below 25% life—the same effect as Berserker armor's set bonus. Additionally, it provides the effects of the Magma Enchantment accessory.
