Melee
True melee strikes deal 25% increased damage and various melee weapons release damaging mushrooms in true melee range.
Melee attacks and projectiles cause chaos flames to erupt on enemy hits.
While standing still, provides a permanent Sharpened buff and +10% melee speed.
Grants up to +5% melee speed.
+12% melee speed.
Boosts melee speed by 10% and true melee strikes heal you. After performing 15 true melee strikes you enter a blood frenzy for 5 seconds, gaining +25% melee damage and critical strike chance, and halving contact damage (30-second cooldown).
Ranged
You have a 50% chance to fire a homing chaos flare when using ranged weapons.
25% reduced ammo consumption. When suffering from the Plague debuff, enemies take 10% more damage from ranged projectiles. When standing still, grants a permanent Ammo Box buff.
Press Y to blind yourself for 5 seconds. While blind, you have +60% ranged damage and +20% ranged critical strike chance. This effect has a 25-second cooldown.
Ranged projectiles split into life energy and leaves when they expire with a 1-second cooldown.
Boosts ranged velocity by 25% and ranged weapons have a chance to fire bloodsplosion orbs.
Ranged weapons fire god-killing shrapnel rounds every 2.5 seconds.
Magic
+6% magic damage. Lowers life regen by 3 if HP is above 50% and grants Spectre healing while holding a magic weapon. The more mana you have, the more you heal.
Increases max mana by 50 and reduces mana costs by 15%.
Magic attacks summon damaging and healing flare orbs on hit.
While standing still, grants a permanent Clairvoyance buff.
Every 5th magic critical strike fires a leaf storm. Magic projectiles have a 50% chance to heal you when they hit an enemy; the amount of healing is based on the projectile’s damage.
Reduces mana cost by 15% and grants +15% magic damage and critical strike chance. Magic weapons sometimes fire ghostly bolts and magic critical strikes cause flame explosions every 2 seconds.
Non-piercing magic projectiles cause a massive explosion on enemy hits with a 5-second cooldown.
Summon
+1 max minion.
+10% minion damage, +30% minion damage while submerged in water.
Minion hits grant random buffs that do not stack with downgrades. Buffs either grant +8 defence and +4% damage reduction, +3 life regen, or +10% minion damage. While benefitting from increased minion damage, hits cause a hallowed star to fall from the sky that deals summon damage with a 3-second cooldown.
While standing still, grants a permanent Bewitched buff and +10% minion knockback.
+3 max minions.
Grants up to +20% minion knockback.
+50% minion damage, increased minion knockback, and +5 max minions. Summons a life aura that damages enemies around the player; its damage is affected by summon damage bonuses.
/ +2 max minions (total of +4 max minions).
+7 life regen on minion hits, increased by 0.33 seconds for every hit up to a maximum duration of 1.5 seconds. Reduces summon damage penalty when holding a non-summon weapon.
+65% minion damage and +5 max minions. Every Fiery Draconid summoned grants +1 minion slot.
+75% minion damage and +6 max minions.
+100% minion damage and +10 max minions.
Rogue
+5% rogue damage, rogue projectiles release crystal shards as they travel, and stealth strike projectiles break into floating jewel spikes.
All rogue weapons inflict poisoned and spawn clouds on enemy hits.
+2 Defense and 5% movement speed. Press Sand Cloak Effect to consume 10% of your max stealth and deploy a sizeable stationary dust veil that provides +6 Defense and +2 life regen when within it for 15 seconds (30-second cooldown).
+12% rogue damage, rogue crits give lifesteal. Rogue weapons may create explosions on hit, guaranteed when performing a stealth strike. Penumbra Potions always build stealth at max effectiveness.
+10% rogue damage and +10 max stealth. Rogue weapons release homing souls when they expire and have a 10% chance to unleash a volley of chaos flames around the player.
While standing still, increases rogue weapon velocity by 10%.
+5% rogue damage, +15% rogue projectile velocity, rogue stealth generates 10% faster. Press Booster Dash to dash diagonally upwards in the player’s direction at the cost of 25% of your stealth, leaving a trail of damaging clouds that inflict the Plague. This dash has a 1-second cooldown.
+9% rogue damage and velocity. Rogue projectiles may spawn Empyrean Stars, damaging and healing Orbs, Fire Sparks, Blasts, or Bubbles on enemy hits.
Every 25 rogue critical hits will grant 3 seconds of invulnerability with a 30-second cooldown. +10% rogue damage while suffering from a debuff.
Boosts rogue stealth regen by 10% and rogue critical strikes have a 50% chance to heal you.
Rogue stats are boosted by 10% while at full HP.
Stealth generates 15% faster. Press Spectral Veil Teleport to consume 25% of your maximum stealth and perform a mid-range teleport that renders you momentarily invulnerable and prevents teleportation for 15 seconds. If hit while invulnerable, immediately regain 100% of your stealth.
Maximum rogue stealth of 130.
Classless
Due to the size of this section, it will be separated into catagories.
Mobility
Faster falling and immunity to fall damage.
Grants an extra jump and increased jump height. Additionally grants the ability to dash; dashing into an attack will cause you to dodge it with a 30-second cooldown.
You can glide to negate fall damage.
+5% movement speed. Grants an extra sulphurous bubble jump that inflicts Venom and the ability to climb walls.
While holding Momentum Capacitor, your top movement speed will continuously and uncontrollably increase.
Allows constant jumping, +10% flight time and horizontal wing speed, hooks fly out and retract 10% faster, and reduces the cooldown of dashes.
+5% flight time.
+15% movement speed. Press ▼ Downto fall faster for 5 seconds with an 8-second cooldown. Striking the ground with increased fall speed creates an astral explosion.
Grants up to +10% movement speed and +20% flight time.
Grants the ability to swim, extra mobility on ice, and allows the player to fall faster in liquids.
Press God Slayer Dash to dash an immense distance in one of eight directions, dictated by your movement keys. You are completely invincible and immune to most debuffs while dashing, and enemies you dash through take large amounts of damage. This has a 45-second cooldown.
+12% jump speed. Allows the player to dash, leaving behind homing scythes, and dodge attacks with a 90-second cooldown.
+5% increased max run speed and acceleration, +15% increased movement speed.
A magic carpet activates when you run out of extra jumps or wing time, allowing for brief horizontal movement. Max run speed, max acceleration, movement speed, and jump speed increased by 5%. Water physics are ignored.
Mana and Life
Increases max mana by 50.
Increases life regen as HP decreases and when afflicted with Poison, On Fire, or Brimstone Flames. You are resurrected when you take fatal damage at 30% HP, encased in a protective but immobilising ice shell for 3 seconds (3-minute cooldown).
All attacks have a small chance to steal life and increase life regen on hit.
Grants up to +10% max HP.
Boosts max HP by 50% and increases the effectiveness of healing potions by 25%.
Resurrect with 150 HP upon taking fatal damage; this effect can only occur once every 45 seconds.
You have a separate revive effect that activates upon taking fatal damage, resurrecting you at 100 HP with a 90-second cooldown.
If the player is reduced to 1HP, they will not die from any further attacks for 8 seconds. This effect only triggers once per life.
+130 max HP, +30 max mana.
Offence
Taking over 25 damage in one hit causes several homing feathers to fall. Critical hits release 3 sparks.
When using any weapon you have a 10% chance to throw a returning seashell projectile. Weapons fire unique projectiles based on the damage type they have.
Getting hit causes you to emit a burst of crystal shards.
Attacks inflict Poisoned and Crush Depth. Being attacked poisons the attacker and releases toxic clouds everywhere.
Releases thorn vines and may grant the Reaver Rage buff on hit, which boosts damage by 30%, melee speed by 5%, and defence by 5.
You have a 20% chance to emit a blazing explosion on hit. Gain a permanent Inferno Potion effect when below 50% HP.
All attacks inflict the Plague. When damaged, release plagued bees that inflict the Plague and rain plague cinders from above yourself. All attacks release homing plague seekers when they hit an enemy.
When standing still, provides a damage aura that deals large amounts of damage per second and inflicts enemies with the On Fire! Debuff.
+28% damage and +21% critical strike chance. When you crit an enemy, 3 hallowed, fallen, and astral stars will rain down and deal damage with a 1-second cooldown.
Grants Empryrean Rage and Wrath buffs when hit. When below 50% HP, grants permanent Rage and Wrath buffs. Grants up to +5% increased critical strike chance and +10% increased damage.
+12% damage. You create a miniature sun that drags in and damages enemies when you are hit.
Press Y to unleash the lost souls of Polterghast to destroy your enemies and trigger a brimflame frenzy that significantly increases your damage at the cost of rapid life loss and no mana regeneration for 10 seconds with a 30-second cooldown.
+10% damage and critical strike chance, +30 armour penetration.
+10% damage. Enemies have 2.5x their contact damage reflected back at them when they touch you. You passively summon nebula stars around yourself that damage enemies.
+30% damage. When hit, shade and flaming meteors rain down and all nearby enemies are inflicted with a variety of debuffs. You leave behind exploding dragon dust as you move.
+20% damage and +10% critical strike chance. When hit, freeze nearby enemies for a short time and release damaging mushroom spores. Enemies take damage when they touch you.
All attacks inflict Demon Flames, shadow beams and demon scythes rain from the sky upon being hit. Press Y to enrage both yourself and your enemies, causing you to take 25% more damage and enemies to take 125% more damage for 10 seconds.
Press Profaned Soul Activation to transform all non-summon attacks into powerful summon variants which become empowered when the player is below 50% HP.
Protection
+5 defence when under 50% HP.
When you take over 100 damage in one hit you gain extended immunity frames.
Provides an aura of light around the player that slows enemies down (does not work while a boss is alive).
Most ocean enemies become friendly and grants the ability to breathe underwater. Being underwater slowly boosts your defence but reduces your movement speed (max +50 defence and -10% movement speed) and grants +3 life regeneration.
You have a 33% chance to reflect projectiles back at enemies, healing you for one-fifth of the projectile’s damage. You also have a 10% chance to absorb physical attacks and projectiles when hit, healing you for one-half of that attack’s damage.
Provides a moderate amount of light and moderately reduces breath loss in the Abyss. Increases max life by 25% while in the Abyss and provides immunity to the Crush Depth debuff.
+10 defence, +3 life regen, +600 Aggro. Reduces life loss from damaging debuffs by 20%.
Grants immunity to the Plague. The player regenerates HP as if they were standing still even while moving, and is granted permanent Campfire, Well Fed, and Heart Lamp buffs.
Immunity to the Astral Infection debuff, boosts life regen. Boosts life regen further and provides +15 defence when suffering from a damaging debuff. Press Astral Arcanum UI Toggle to toggle teleportation UI while no bosses are alive.
Grants up to +3 life regen, +5% damage reduction, and +10 defence.
+1 life regen, with +3 bonus life regen during the day. Grants +15 defence at night. Grants both of these bonuses during an eclipse.
+10 defence, +800 Aggro, increased heart pickup range, and enemies may drop extra hearts on death. When hit, there is a 25% chance to gain the Tarra Life buff, massively boosting life regen temporarily. Press Y to reduce enemy contact damage by 50% for 10 seconds with a 30-second cooldown.
Halves enemy contact damage. When you take contact damage, this effect is disabled for 20 seconds. Grants immunity to Whispering Death.
15% reduced contact damage from enemies, +48 defence, halved defence damage. Grants a Nanomachines meter that replaces the Adrenaline meter, charging up over time and stopping for 1 second when you take damage. When full, press (Adrenaline Mode) to heal 360 HP over two seconds, taking 50% less damage while doing so.
+1000 Aggro. Any attack that would deal 80 damage or less to the player have their damage reduced to 1. Any attack that deals more than 80 damage to the player grants increased immunity frames and releases a swarm of high-damage god-killer darts.
15% increased damage reduction during Pumpkin/Frost Moons.
+30 defence. All projectiles spawn healing leaf orbs on enemy hits. Grants the ability to dodge attacks with a 90-second cooldown, shared with all other dodges. When a dodge is successfully performed, temporarily grants +10% critical strike chance and summon damage.
6.25% of all incoming damage is converted into healing. Standing still boosts life and mana regen.
All projectiles spawn healing orbs when they hit enemies. They heal for 5% of the damage they dealt, capped at 50. +1200 Aggro, +20 defence, and +10% damage reduction.
Reactive/Support
After 1 second of not moving you deal 50% more damage and take 15% less damage. This buff lasts until you move or attack once.
Summons 2 sword spirits to orbit the player, dealing damage to enemies on contact. Also summons a Valkyrie minion.
Summons 2 shellfish and a sea urchin to aid you in combat.
Summons a Daedalus Crystal to protect you.
30 increased fishing power. Increases the chance to catch potion ingredient fish and increases their yield.
Summons a coin to orbit you and steal money from enemies. It ignores immunity frames.
Nearby treasure sparkles. Increased item grab range and block placement range, mining blocks underwater will restore your breath. Summons a Reaver Orb to light up the surrounding area and reduce enemy aggression. Provides a small amount of light in the Abyss.
Summons a Hydrothermic Vent to protect you.
Provides a moderate amount of light in the Abyss. +15% mining speed.
Summons Polterghast mines to circle you. Enemies above 50% HP have a chance to drop mana stars when struck, and enemies below 50% HP have a chance to drop hearts when struck. Blood moon enemies have a much higher chance to drop Blood Orbs.
Summons a Young Duke to protect you. It moves much faster when you are below 50% HP.
Greatly extends underwater breathing and greatly reduces breath loss in the Abyss. Provides light underwater, a moderate amount of light in the Abyss, and reduces creatures’ abilities to detect you in the Abyss.
Provides immunity to the sulphurous waters, reduces the damage caused by the Abyss when out of breath, removes the bleed effect from all layers except the deepest one, and reduces the defence reduction the Abyss causes.
While in water, transforms the player into an armoured diver with increased max movement speed and acceleration. The suit’s armoured plates provide +15% increased damage reduction but will be damaged by hits that deal more than 50 damage, taking up to 3 damaging hits before breaking.
Summons six tentacles around the player that automatically attack nearby enemies and have lifesteal. Press Y to activate Abyssal Madness, significantly buffing tentacle aggression, range, damage, and critical strike chance for 5 seconds with a 25-second cooldown.
When hit, grants the Panic! buff, increasing movement speed by 50% for four seconds.
Summons an Ancient Leaf Prism to protect you.
Potion buff duration is extended by 100% and remain active even after you die.
Summons a Sand, Cloud, and Brimstone Elemental to protect you. Summons Anahita to protect you. Summons a Rare Sand Elemental to heal you.
Summons a friendly Red Devil and empowered Profaned Guardians to protect you. Reduces lava damage and provides 7 seconds of immunity to lava.
Provides buffs at different times. During the day, provides +15% minion damage and knockback, +25% movement speed, +10% flight time, and -15 defence. During the night, provides +15 defence, +5% damage reduction, +5 life regen, and -15% movement speed.
