The Mutant Eye is a post-Moon Lord Eternity Mode exclusive accessory dropped by the Mutant. It grants immunity to Mutant Fang and strongly empowers the effects of both the Sparkling Adoration and Abominable Wand if they are equipped alongside this. It also grants the Mutant Bomb ability, activated by pressing the Bomb key. When used, it summons a wave of phantasmal spheres from the player that destroy most enemy projectiles. This ability has a 60 second cooldown. It is also used to craft The Penetrator.
