The Rusted Oxygen Tank is a Hardmode tool dropped from Banished Baron, when in the players inventory the player will have Wet and slower floaty movement above water, inside of water the player will have increased swiming abilities.

After pressing ⚷ Open / Activate on it in the inventory, it will turn into the Rusted Oxygen Tank (Inactive), temporarily disabling its effects.

• Flipper Potion can be used to swim outside of the water.
