The Chalice of the Moon is a post-Moon Lord accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by the Moon Lord. When equipped, it grants immunity to Nullification Curse, Flipped, Unstable, and Curse of the Moon debuffs, increases flight time by 100% and gives standard potion and station buffs when in the inventory.
Equipping it will summons three True Eye of Cthulhu minions that deal 60 summon damage on contact and inflict the Curse of the Moon debuff for 6 seconds. Each eye attacks by shooting three Phantasmal Bolts, flinging six Phantasmal Spheres, or firing a Phantasmal Deathray similar to the True Eyes of Cthulhu in the Moon Lord fight. Phantasmal Bolt has a base damage of 140, Phantasmal Sphere has a base damage of 220, and Phantasmal Deathray has a base damage of 200.
