The Chalice of the Moon is a craftable Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. When equipped, it provides the effects of all of its component accessories alongside some additional effects. These effects are:

• Immunity to Atrophied, Jammed, Reverse Mana Flow, and Antisocial debuffs.
• Summons the Lunar Cultist minion that attacks alongside you by shooting a burst of three homing fireballs, spawning a lightning orb that fires eight bolts of lightning, shooting a ball of Ice Mist that fires ice shards in six directions three times over as it flies in one direction before slowly fading away, and summoning an Ancient Vision similar to Lunatic Cultist attacks. All of its attacks has a base damage of 80 and are affected by the player's summon damage bonuses.
