Use

The Vortex Ritual is a post-Moon Lord magic spell tome. On use, it will summon a lightning orb that slowly follows the cursor, gradually growing in size over time. After 5 seconds of usage, it will reach its maximum size. The lightning orb will rapidly fire lightning bolts at all enemies within a certain range of it, with the range growing bigger as the orb increases in size.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
