The Skull Charm is a Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It has a 5% chance to be dropped by Doctor Bones. When equipped, it increases damage by 15%, but decreases damage reduction by 10%, and reduces player aggro by 400. A Crystal Skull minion will appear above the player's head, and it will charge as the player holds down the ⚒ Use / Attack button. When the skull is fully charged (indicated by a purple ring), releasing ⚒ Use / Attack will make it rapidly shoot several bursts of energy. The energy has a base damage of 30.
