Eternity Mode Queen Bee is a pre-Hardmode boss. She is a more powerful version of the Queen Bee with more attacks and new behavior.
Behavior
Phase 1
- When firing stingers and summoning Bees, she will repeatedly fire a ring of stingers. (Rings fire more frequently.)
- Stingers fire less frequently. (Stingers fire at normal rate.)
- At 66% health, she will spawn one
Royal Servant, which repeatedly dashes until it is killed. - Under 50% health, Queen Bee enters phase 2.
Phase 2
- Summons a servant at the start of this phase.
- She gains two attacks:
- Sprays a swarm of homing
Bees all around her. The only spots safe from the Bee swarm are directly above and below her. (Bee swarm is denser) - Throws a
Bee Hive at the player that breaks, releasing Bees and Hornets on impact. (Throws hives more frequently)
- Sprays a swarm of homing
- A volley of bee strikes is used following the bee swarm
- Under 33% health Queen Bee enters phase 3.

Phase 3
- Summons 2/3 more royal servants.
- Queen Bee's base game gradual difficulty augmentation becomes very prevalent past this point.

Notes
- The fire rate of Bee Hives decreases if any Royal Servants are alive.
- Queen Bee drops an A Bee In My Nation on spawn if it hasn't been defeated yet.
Tips
- If a hit must be taken, try to get hit by a stinger as stingers do not inflict Infested.
- Area-of-effect attacks are highly useful for hitting multiple bees and subjects at once.
Trivia
- If the Eternity Mode Recolors option is turned on in the Mod Configurations menu, it resembles early concept art for the boss.
