The Mystic Skull is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It grants immunity to Suffocation, automatically uses Mana Potions when needed, and increases the pickup range of mana stars. All of its effects work while in the inventory. It has a chance to be dropped by Rune Wizards.

After pressing ⚷ Open / Activate on it in the inventory, it will turn into the Mystic Skull (Inactive), temporarily disabling in inventory effects.
