Eternity Mode Solar Pillar is a Hardmode boss. It is a more powerful version of Solar Pillar with more attacks and new behavior.
Behaviour
Solar Pillar will inflict Atrophied inside of any of the other pillars aura's.
The Solar Pillar will remain immune until its shield goes down, while immune it will shoot homing fireballs.
After its shield has been destroyed enemies will stop spawning and the Pillar itself will do one of the following attacks:
- Fragment Spew
- The Pillar will tilt forward shooting a barrage of homing fireballs.
- Meteor Shower
- Meteors will rain from the top of the screen.
- Fireballs
- Fires 6 curving Fireballs towards the player.
- Ground Slam
- The Pillar will slam into the ground shooting fireballs shortly after which will fly up then home towards the player.
Masochist Mode
- Spawns a Crawltipede with six times health of a normal Crawltipede at the start of the fight, if killed it will respawn.

Notes
- Atrophied will not be inflicted near the Solar Pillar, forcing Melee weapons to be used.
- The aura for the debuffs will be lowered when the shield is destroyed.

- The Crawltipede summoned was previously named “John Crawltipede”
