“Now's a good time to go for Betsy! Don't worry. If the player reaches the last wave and lose, the player won't have to retry the event for more attempts at her. Careful not to slip up before then and mind her debuffs!

Eternity Mode Betsy is a Hardmode boss. She is a more powerful version of Betsy with more attacks and new behavior.
Behavior
Betsy retains her base game attack order of Flamethrower, Fireball, Flamethrower, Roar preforming various semi random dash attacks in between each main attack.
- Betsy gains massive defense when targeting the Eternia Crystal.
Phase 1
- Fireball Each fireball creates a Phantom Pheonix that flies upwards before diving down and homing in on the player.
- Flamethrower: Fires a volley of 15 Fireballs in front of itself while beathing fire.
- Roar: Creates a light blue arena then shoots a circular barrage of Sky Dragon Fury blasts that inflict Electrified.
Below 50% life, Betsy enters phase 2.
Phase 2
- Roar shoots three circular barrages of Sky Dragon Fury blasts.
- Flamethrower sprays 15 additional homing fireballs in front of herself.
- Additionally spawns a wall of Chain Blasts in front of herself.
- Fireball creates twice as many Phantom Phoenixes.

Notes
- Betsy drops a Dragon's Egg on spawn if it hasn't been defeated yet.
- Betsy is capable of despawning outside of the event when no player is alive.
- In For The Worthy or Get Fixed Boi, spawns various random strings of text around the player and randomly plays various sounds, blocking vision and hearing.
- In For The Worthy or Get Fixed Boi, the messages which randomly spawn around the player are randomly picked from the following list of messages:

Tips
Despite allowing for multiple respawns, due to the massive defense bonus and additional enemies, fighting Betsy during the Old One's army event is unadvisable.
Trivia
- If the Eternity Mode Recolors option is turned on in the Mod Configurations menu, it resembles the Ender Dragon from Minecraft.
