The Stardust Enchantment is a craftable post-Moon Lord accessory that is themed after Stardust armor. When equipped, it summons the Stardust Guardian from the Stardust armor's set bonus to protect the player. It also grants the ability to freeze time for 9 seconds with the Freeze Time key, halting all enemies and projectiles for the duration. This time freeze ability has a 60 second cooldown. Minions will continue to attack enemies during the time freeze.
Equipping it alongside the Wizard Enchantment will reduce the timestop cooldown to 50 seconds.

- While the Stardust Enchantment has a rarity of 10, it does not use the standard red color for its item name. Instead, it uses a custom rarity color of #00ADF1 ●.
Trivia
- The item's tooltip "The power of the Stand is yours" is a reference to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, and more particularly how the Stardust Guardian resembles a Stand both in appearance and function.
- Even more specifically, the "freeze time" ability is a direct reference to Star Platinum and The World, two Stands capable of stopping time.
- Additionally, the sound effect that plays when freezing time is the same as the one used in the 2014 animated adaptation.
- The symbol on the Stardust Enchantment resembles a Stardust Fragment.
