The Pure Heart is a craftable Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. When equipped, it provides the effects of all its component effect alongside with several added effect which are:
- Immunity to Biome Debuffs, which includes: Darkness in the Corruption, Bleeding in the Crimson, Wet while raining, Flipped in the Underground Hallow, Hypothermia in a blizzard, Water Candle while a Blood Moon is active and the player is above ground, and On Fire! in the Underworld. Note that these effects only take place initially while Eternity Mode is active and will never prevent Lihzahrd Curse from applying to the player.
- Homing eaters damage increased to 45.
- Creeper health increased to 60.

- Pure Seekers and Pure Creepers will inflict the Sublimation debuff, reducing defense by 15 and dealing 25 damage per second, exactly the same as Ichor and slightly better than Cursed Inferno.
- Despite normally being obtainable after defeating all Mechanical Bosses, it is only obtainable after defeating the Moon Lord in Don't dig up and Get fixed boi seeds due to Green Solution not being sold by the Steampunker but instead dropped by the Champion of Nature's green head.
