The Mutant's Gift is a non-consumable item that drops upon mining the Mutant Statue, which appears on world generation near the player's spawn point. On use, it will toggle Eternity Mode on or off. If the Deviantt town NPC has not spawned yet, using the Mutant's Gift will automatically spawn her. It cannot be used if a boss is alive. Mutant's Gift can be bought from Mutant town NPC.
