The Mutant's Pact is a consumable item dropped by the Lunatic Cultist in Eternity Mode. On use, it adds an accessory slot that only accepts Enchantments, Forces, Essences and Souls. Counting this one, the player can have 6/7 to 7/8 accessory slots.
