The Cobalt Enchantment is a craftable Hardmode accessory that is themed after Cobalt armor. It grants an explosive jump whenever the player jumps off the ground. This explosion deals 250 damage and inflicts the Oiled debuff for 10 seconds, while also granting 15 immunity frames to the player. The player will also explode on hit; on-hit explosions have a larger radius and have a base damage of 75 which scales based on twice the damage taken, up to a maximum of 150.

Equipping it alongside the Wizard Enchantment will increase on-hit explosion base damage to 150, multiplier based on damage taken to 4x, and maximum damage to 400.

• The explosion jump increases player jump speed by 10, which does not affect double jumps.
• While the Cobalt Enchantment has a rarity of 4, it does not use the standard light red color for its item name. Instead, it uses a custom rarity color of #3DA4C4 ●.

Trivia

• The symbol on the Cobalt Enchantment resembles an explosion.
• The flavor tooltip is a reference to "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!", with the joke being how normally a world can only have one of either Cobalt or Palladium.
