The Supreme Deathbringer Fairy is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It counts as a shield. When equipped, it provides the effects of all its component accessories and buffs some effects. The buffs include:
- Increases Slimy Ball damage to 16.
- Increases scythe damage to 32.
