The Wood Enchantment is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory that is themed after Wood armor. When equipped, enemy kill counts and bestiary completion increase twice as fast. The player also gains a discount in shops equal to half of the bestiary completion, up to a 50% discount at max completion. This discount effect works while in the inventory.

Equipping it alongside the Wizard Enchantment will cause banner and bestiary completion to increase 5x as fast.

• The sprite for this item was the winner of the fourth Fargo's Mod Discord Spriting Contest, made by Providab, the Yoten God.

• 1.4.1.1: Several bug fixes:
  • Grants the intended 2 or 5 kills per kill instead of 3 or 6
  • Fixed it causing banners to "skipped over" and lost if your kill count didn't exactly land on the banner threshold after a kill
  • Fixed banner bonus not working in multiplayer
