Mutant Spawn

The Spawn Sack is a Master Mode exclusive pet summoning item sometimes dropped by the Mutant.

When used, it summons the Mutant Spawn pet which follows the player on the ground and flies if needed, leaving behind a phantasmal colored trail. If the player is in complete darkness, the Mutant Spawn says "You think you're safe?" and either instantly kills the player with a stab or spawns the boss version of the Mutant.
