The Lead Enchantment is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory that is themed after Lead armor. When equipped, it decreases damage over time from debuffs by 40% and causes the player's attacks to inflict the Lead Poison debuff. Lead Poison causes the afflicted target to lose 10 health per second and can spread to enemies within 3.125 tiles.
Equipping it alongside the Wizard Enchantment will increase the damage of Lead Poisoning to 30 per second and increase the damage over time resistance to 60%.

- While the Lead Enchantment has a rarity of 1, it does not use the standard blue color for its item name. Instead, it uses a custom rarity color of #46485D ●.
- The Lead Poison debuff only deals 2 damage per second to the Eater of Worlds.
