Hypothermia is a Eternity Mode exclusive debuff inflicted by certain enemies. It decreases the speed of friendly projectiles and causes the player to take 20% more damage from all "cold" enemies and projectiles. Cold damage is determined identically to the Warmth Potion.

The player can become immune to Hypothermia by equipping Ice Queen's Crown or its upgrades.
