The Pincushion is a consumable item used to summon a Nailhead. It can be bought from Deviantt after one has already been defeated, all three Mechanical Bosses have been defeated and the world is in Hardmode.

The Pincushion will only work if used during a Solar Eclipse. If used when a Solar Eclipse is not currently active, the Nailhead will not spawn and the item will not be consumed.
