Fargo's Souls Mod v1.3.96.4 served to heavily modify some Eternity mode bosses and provide further polish.
Changes
Enchantment Accessories
- Silver Enchantment tooltip notes the no-pierce minion nerf
- Molten Enchantment nerfed, explosion damage partially scales with damage taken, maxes at 50 taken
- Rain Enchantment nerfed
- Gives x2 damage to non-piercing projectiles (was x3) but x1.2 for piercing (was x1)
- Uses standard iframes (was static, which resets standard iframes and allows your other projectiles to periodically hit again)
- Nerfed pierce to 3 with non-piercing and 9 with piercing
- Frost Enchantment nerfed, freeze duration heavily reduced and damage reduced to 50 (was 75)
- Chlorophyte Enchantment nerfed, crystal leaf damage reduced to 75 (was 100)
Weapons
- Slime Slinging Slasher has tighter spread and balls bounce at cursor
- The Blender fixed orbitals not working in multiplayer
Other Changes
- Nerfed revives to give 2 seconds of iframes on activation (was 3)
- Fixed Styx Crown causing all hair to be hidden
Eternity Mode Changes
General Changes
- Buffed Crystal Bullets/Holy Arrows slightly, can spawn secondary projectiles 5 times per second (was 4)
- Lihzahrd Blessing is more obvious when applied
- Buffed Snowman Cannon, nerfed nerf -20% (was -25%)
Enemies
- Voodoo Demon only self-immolates when it has line of sight and becomes more obviously on fire as it burns up
- Vile Spit is bigger (nerf, easier to see and hit)
- Eyes no longer inflict Obstructed
- Face Monster Obstructed aura is smaller
- Eater of Souls fireball speed and fire rate nerfed
- Nebula Pillar has an indicator for teleport location

- Phase 3 sickle trail is stationary to slightly help denote path taken
- Eater of Worlds
- Fixed never doing sync fly turn when only has one head that keeps getting killed
- Head segments have 66% DR (was 50%) but boss no longer gains full-body DR on startup of fly turn
- Brain of Cthulhu
- Adjusted confusion telegraph
- Skeletron
- Removed hands spraying bones and homing skulls
- Hands throw skeletons
- Hands shoot Baby Guardians
- Deviantt (boss)
- Removes own debuffs during bribery
- Briefly holds out hammers before throwing
- Improved telegraph for shadowbeams
- Defeat quotes
- Wall of Flesh
- Ungodly demonic screeching for phase transitions so they're not lost in the other stock roars
- Hungries always avoid touching player during cursed flame attack
- Nerfed mouth, 66% DR but no defense
- Nerfed speed more
- The Twins
- Improved Retinazer telegraph for which way the deathray rotates
- Twins despawn together in daytime
- The Destroyer
- Has 90% DR and 0 defense during coil (was 99% DR and full defense)
- Adjusted phase 3 DR (100% decay to 0% over 8 seconds, was 50% over 10 seconds)
- Has a timing tell on when coil begins
- Reduced pierce resist
- Increased delay between laser rings in coil
- No longer fires projectiles randomly at all in phase 2
- Gains two attacks in phase 2, star walls and light show
- Buffed projectile damage
- Lightning bolts from Lightning Rod inflict Electrified
- Sheds probes on its own below 50%
- Skeletron Prime
- Nerfed life multiplier to x1.25 (was x1.5)
- Stars during phase 2 spin become denser as life decreases
- Plantera
- Buffed life multiplier to x1.75 (was x1.5)
- Reduced intensity of plantera crystal leaf glow
- Replaced phase 1 crystal leaf attack with throwing the entire ring which shoots more shots as it flies
- Temporarily loses shield when throwing crystals
- Can throw crystal ring in phase 2
- Tentacles cluster around Plantera
- Nerfed phase 2 projectile damage
- Golem
- Buffed body life multiplier to x5 (was x4)
- Nerfed jump attacks, geysers/boulders only happen every other jump
- Buffed projectile damage to 115 (was 92)
- Body jumps a set distance away during deathray
- Head tries to avoid going under player normally
- Head contact damage removed
- Duke Fishron
- Internal refactor for how Sharknados don't do contact damage for a brief moment after spawning
- Sharknado despawns when Fishron despawns
- Lunatic Cultist
- Adjusted ritual rotation speed, now has thresholds at 50% and 25%

- Fixed phase 1 despawn issue

- Nebula reticle visual adjusted for better sense of timing

- Buffed life to 650,000 or 1,300,000 (was 600,000 or 1,200,000)
- Flies slightly closer before fully starting attack AI so more distance to God Eater aura
- Starts at a random strong and super attack
- Reduced brightness/duration of some indicators
- Physically swings Styx Gazer when dashing
- Buffed number of sickles that split from death scythe in phase 2 but slightly reduced acceleration
- Buffed phase 2 sickle split attack, they now adjust spread based on player position
- Removed saucer contact damage (mostly only relevant in multiplayer)
- Eternity mode buffs:
- Much higher phase 2 dash speed
- Styx Gazer super can start in any corner and one blindspot removed
- Deathray run leaves lingering scythes
- Defeat quotes
- Mutant (boss)
- Removed Calamity enrage
- Flies slightly closer before fully starting attack AI so more distance to God Eater aura
- Fixed rare bug where Mutant got stuck doing deathray rings forever
- Phase 2 is always random and new phase transition animation
- Fixed healing not working in multiplayer
- Fixed healing being vulnerable to timestop
- Fixed Eye of Cthulhu sickles not working in multiplayer
- Improved checks for Eye of Cthulhu, Spectral Fishron not dealing damage too early
- Internal adjustments to how attacks are chosen, more likely to use spiral streams, True Eyes, glaives
- Buffed predictive dash, final dash has explosive trail
- Buffed direct spear throw, now circles while attacking
- All phase 2 spear attacks occur a random number of times (was always 5)
- Fixed Penetrator sphere trail explosions being able to damage before their sprite fully appeared, nerfed hitbox slightly
- Shortened delay between phase 2 attacks slightly
- Reduced duration of glaives indicators
- Buffed glaives attack to throw multiple crystal leaf rings, less glaive startup, but each ring is slightly smaller
- Fixed despawn issues
- Crystal leaf ring glow intensifies as it prepares to fly
- Reduced nuke dust again
- Minor adjustment to explosion visuals
- Fixed various Eternity mode changes leaking into Expert mode
