Fargo's Souls Mod v1.3.99.90 served to improve the overall playthrough experience.

Enchantment Accessories

  • Chlorophyte Enchantment bug fixed, no longer shoots excessive shots in multiplayer
  • Stardust Enchantment bug fixed, no longer renders certain weapons unusable during timestop including Vortex Ritual, Last Prism, Diffractor Blaster

Weapons

  • Mind Break creepers no longer cut tiles
  • The Lightning Rod should be more consistent in knocking enemies away from player
  • Fish Stick buffed
    • Increased damage and knockback
    • Improved Fish Stick hitbox
    • Tornado is taller, more segments and more likely to shoot sharks
    • Can make a new tornado as soon as the previous begins despawning, previously had to wait until the first disappeared entirely to spawn another
    • Will shoot sharks at whiffed Fish Sticks too albeit with fewer sharks
    • Sharks can lead enemies slightly on hit
    • Fish Stick isn't slowed by water
  • Vortex Ritual bug fixed, now has a deletion immunity rank (won't be destroyed by effects like Champion of Earth's hands)
  • The Penetrator reflecting spin won't spawn homing eyes if you also hold right click

General Changes

  • Deviantt's Gift expanded to contain:
    • Grappling Hook
    • Torch (100)
    • Silver Hammer
    • Instavator (placeholder, to be changed in 1.4)
    • Instahouse (5)
    • Mini Instabridge (5)
  • Buffed player base stats
    • +25% mining speed
    • +25% block/wall placing speed
    • +25% movement speed
    • Increased mana regeneration
    • Removed Expert mode halving life regeneration without Well Fed (effectively doubled regeneration without it)
  • Enemies are more slightly visible at night until hardmode
  • Buffed Titanium armor, shadow dodge penalty is less severe (-25% for 10 sec, was -33% for 15 sec)
  • Hallow Flipped ends immediately if you teleport to the surface
  • Truffle Worm drops from Mushroom biome enemies again
  • Eternia Crystal will heal itself slightly if at critical life during Betsy fight
  • Multiclass nerf is disabled during Old One's Army, weapons and minions can be used with no penalty during it

Enemies

  • Bone Serpent spawn rate increased
  • Adjusted Piranha/Shark/Arapaima jump, shouldn't get stuck in blocks as much anymore
  • Increased Rabies Shot drop rate
  • Flying Dutchman bullet rate adjusted and added telegraph
  • Fixed Rune Wizard not teleporting away when hit
  • Giant Tortoise and Ice Tortoise nerfed, can only reflect during spin if very close to player or has line of sight (will no longer reflect tile-ignoring projectiles from offscreen)
  • Attempted reducing excessive Dungeon Guardian teleporting behaviour when player dies
  • Nerfed speed of Nebula Floater on-death shots
  • Alien Larvae no longer instantly transform into Alien Hornets
  • Alien Queen nerfed, shoots a different lightning

Bosses

  • King SlimeKing Slime
    • Does a special teleport when entering phase 2
    • In phase 2, no longer teleports far below player and provoking its elevation enrage even though player is standing on perfectly valid platforms
    • Teleports more often in phase 2
  • Eye of CthulhuEye of Cthulhu
    • Nerfed phase 3, must now rest for several seconds in between attacks
  • Brain of CthulhuBrain of Cthulhu
    • Fixed interaction with Cactus Enchantment that caused the tangible clone to constantly spew needles near the end of fight
    • Removed life multiplier and has 0 defense, instead it has scaling damage reduction as life decreases
    • Buffed laser damage
    • Added new attack: illusions get real
  • Queen BeeQueen Bee
    • Attempted making hive toss less likely to fall through platforms
    • Fixed killing Royal Subjects causing Queen Bee to immediately dash attack even if it was in the middle of bee swarm attack
  • Wall of FleshWall of Flesh
    • Ichor attack telegraph reduced to be less visually intrusive
    • Fixed Corruption attack danger line not disappearing faster as intended in final phase
  • The Twins The TwinsThe Twins
    • Fixed occasionally spamming endure text
    • Fixed glitch where endure still worked during swarms
  • Skeletron PrimeSkeletron Prime
    • Removed life multiplier on limbs
    • Limbs don't attack for a few seconds when spawned to reduce extremely high likelihood of them just swinging directly into the player at incredible speed when boss first spawns and flies over
    • Resets AI to a specific point while entering phase 2 for improved consistency
  • PlanteraPlantera
    • Phase 1 Dicer mines produced by spiky balls will move a slight distance away from wall on impact
    • Fixed hooks oscillating violently in phase 2
    • Crystal Leaves no longer count as enemies on Radar
    • Adjusted thrown leaf ring to despawn earlier and spawn fewer offscreen irrelevant lag-inducing shots
    • Added phase 2 attack: tentacle swarm
  • GolemGolem
    • Head deathray no longer freezes body horizontal movement, keeping the jump arc natural
  • Duke FishronDuke Fishron
    • Fixed glitch where endure still worked during swarms
    • Now gives Truffle Worm on all initial attempts with no prerequisite e.g. killing Golem first
    • Adjusted phase 2 spectral Fishron spawn delays
  • Moon LordMoon Lord
    • Phase 2 attacks become more intense as life decreases, nerfed base attack rate to compensate
    • Phase 2 Nebula Blazes are harmless for 0.5s on spawn, don't die until they impact wall after magic phase end
  • Champion of WillChampion of Will
    • Adjusted phase transition attack, longer delay between waves but denser waves
    • Numerous visual improvements and small behaviour adjustments
  • Abominationn (boss)Abominationn (boss)
    • Tweaked special Flockos during icicle fall to attack slightly later, increasing leniency
    • Nerfed phase 2 flaming scythe attack

    • Jungle Dash works under Mutant Presence
