Time Frozen is a debuff given to enemies by using Stardust Enchantment and following accessories' Time Freeze ability. It causes all enemies to become frozen in time, stopping them from moving, doing animations, and stopping their AI (unless immune). As an example, Moon Lord is not immune to the debuff, and is not able to move, attack or close/open eyes during the debuff's duration. If the player attempts to use Time Stop while fighting Mutant (boss), the player will be stopped instead.
