The Wretched Pouch is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It has a chance to be dropped by Goblin Warlocks. When equipped, it grants immunity to the Shadowflame debuff and pressing the Debuff Install button will inflict Wretched Hex on the player. This buff grants 120% increased damage and lashes out shadow tentacles from the player, but decreases player speed (including vertical speed) by 85%, damage reduction by 20%, and attack speed bonuses are half as effective.
