Eternity Mode Queen Slime is a Hardmode Boss. She is a more powerful version of Queen Slime with more attacks and new behavior.
Behavior
- Regal Gel doesn't bounce and produces large crystal spikes. (Royal Gel will bounce.)
- Minions no longer shoot projectiles. (Minions reattain projectiles.)
- Minions receive the following modifiers: Crystal and Bouncy Slimes fly towards the player of they get too far, Heavenly Slimes fly much faster and aggressively rubber band when too far away.
- Royal and Bouncy gel fire 8-way streams of light blue solution when bouncing, spreading the Hallow.
- Basic stomps have reduced windup.
Phase 1
- Queen slime has 2 additional attacks in this phase.
- Super Smash: Queen slime will flash a light blue aura and then preform 3 super smashes, landing on roughly the opposite side of the player and creating shockwaves and horizontal spreads of slime spikes on landing. (Sprays are wider and spends less time between individual smashes.)
- Crystal Slime wave: Queen slime will fire a Royal gel volley with a wave of evenly spaced crystal slimes that explode into thick columns of spikes.
- At 66% hp, Queen Slime spawns a wave of Gelatin Subjects, which move and behave like larger Heavenly Slimes, however they teleport to the Queen if too far away.
- The boss takes 1/4 damage while Gelatin Subjects are active.
Phase 2
- If the player is too far away the Queen will enrage and use the Super Smash attack more often and more aggressively, having more slams and landing on the air.
- Queen Slime gains 1 more new attack
- Super Slime Rain: Queen Slime slows to a crawl and creates several evenly spaced streams of slime spikes that move back and forth forcing the player to move with them.
- Another wave of Gelatin Subjects spawns at 33% hp.

Notes
The Queen slime drops a Jelly Crystal on spawn if it hasn't been defeated yet.
Tips
- Despite the lack of an arena or anti-aura, staying close to the Queen is highly advised, due to her aggressive projectile spreads and her enraged Super Slam.
Trivia
- If the Eternity Mode Recolors option is turned on in the Mod Configurations menu, it resembles The Dark Emperor from the terraria mod, Tremor Remastered.
- The Gelatin Subject has an unused
怪物图鉴 entry that read: "Elite guardians of the queen. They erect a magical barrier and give their lives to defend their liege."

- Increased Slam hitbox removed from Masochist Mode, added to the For the Worthy or Get Fixed Boi seeds
