忍者魔石是个可制作的困难模式之前的，以忍者盔甲为主题的饰品。装备时，弹幕会根据其速度获得增伤，最高可达20%。它还会在玩家移动速度低于20 mph时大幅增加弹幕速度。

当被装备至巫师魔石正下方时，最大伤害加成增加至30%，增加弹幕速度所要求的速度上限增加至38 mph。
