Curse of the Moon is an Eternity Mode exclusive debuff that inflicts damage over time (10 damage per second for player and 12 damage per second for enemy). Additionally for player, it decreases defense by 20 and decreases damage reduction, damage, and critical strike chance by 20%.

The player can become immune to Curse of the Moon by equipping the Galactic Globe or its upgrade.
