Mutant Presence is a debuff inflicted exclusively by the Mutant to all players during his second phase. It is only inflicted in Expert Mode, as the second phase only happens while it's active. Mutant Presence disables dodge effects such as Shadow Dodge and Black Belt, reduces the player's defense and damage reduction by half, drastically reduces the player's life regeneration, and disables lifesteal and most effect toggles. The following toggles remain active:
