The Magical Bulb is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by Plantera. While equipped, it grants immmunity to the Acid Venom, Ivy Venom, and Swarming debuffs, cause enemies to take double DoT from debuffs you inflicted, and increases life regeneration relative to lighting up to 4 HP/sec. It summons the Plantera's Child minion that attacks by shooting piercing pink seeds, piercing poison seeds, and bouncy thorn balls similar to Plantera's attacks.

Pressing the Magical Cleanse button will cleanse most debuffs from player similarly to the Nurse. This effect grants the Magical Cleanse Cooldown debuff for 40 seconds, but the cooldown will expire twice as fast if the player does not attack.
