The Bionomic Cluster is a craftable Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is crafted from various rare enemies' drops.

The main purpose for this accessory is the wide variety of debuffs you become immune to and the chance to take only 1 damage is also a useful ability. An unusual trait is it's ability to provide passive buffs without being properly equipped.

When used in your inventory it teleports you to the place you last died much like the Magic Mirror or upgrades, instead to your death point than home.

While in vanity OR in inventory:

• Grants immunity to Might Wind, Suffocation, and Guilty..
• Grants autofire to all weapons.
• Greatly improves night vision.
• Automatically use mana and healing potions when needed, as well as increasing pickup range for mana stars.
• You respawn with more life, and if no boss is currently alive, respawn much faster.
• Right clicking zooms like the Sniper Scope.
• Create temporary ice block like the Ice Rod when pressing the Frigid Spell key.
• Prevents items from having "bad" modifier.

All previous effects are also applied while equipped:

• 6 Defense
• Grants Immunity to Flames of the Universe, Frostburn, and Shadowflame.
• Grants Immunity to Clipped Wings, Crippled, and Webbed.
• Grants Immunity to Squeaky Toy, Purified, Lovestruck, and Hexed.
• Grants Immunity to Midas, and Stinky.
• When you take damage you have a 10% chance to only take 1 damage.
• Grants the ability to teleport to last death point.
• Attacks inflict Clipped Wings (10% Chance, non-boss only).
• When attacking, your attacks deals 60% more damage and lashes out shadow tentacles, but your movement speed is reduced by 85% and attack speed bonus are half as effective.
• Summons a Baby rainbow slime minion.
• Specific enemies drop potions on kill.

After pressing ⚷ Open / Activate on it in the inventory, it will turn into the Bionomic Cluster (Inactive), temporarily disabling in inventory effects.
