The Medallion of the Fallen King is an Eternity Mode exclusive accessory with a low drop rate from King Slime. When equipped, it summons a Mini King Slime which tries to stick onto enemies while constantly hopping and using attacks reminscient of Eternity Mode King Slime (spewing spikes and occasionally raining slime balls from the sky).
